Perlowin's been talking stock buy back since 2017

wheres the link to his buyback statement


HEMP CEO Perlowin mentions it every now and then when asked on his Facebook page, and here is a quote from a September 14, 2017 press release which is one of the first public releases where he talked about it:

“It is our intention, once Hemp, Inc. is generating a significant amount of revenue, to use 10% to 50% of that revenue to buy back Hemp, Inc. stock in the open marketplace as a mechanism to reduce the amount of outstanding shares."
