I tell you what I think ... all my own opinion

Taking a privately owned and probably based on a cluster of LLCs or worse S corps into a compliant audit for the SEC is one of the most daunting tasks an inexperienced public CEO / CFO can ever attempt. Moving from one auditor to another is a second dose of pain. One doesn’t move auditors in the middle of preparing audited financials for the first time. Take it from one who made the very same mistake...it’s a big error. If the first auditor told (CEO/ CFO) “ go elsewhere, I’m not signing off on this!” It’s an expensive problem to fix - if it’s fixable at all.

I’m not expecting any audited financials here. If Edgar’s do arrive then the haircuts will have been savage.
