I agree, they will not tell us what day it was filed only that it has been filed. They don’t want to make us aware of when the 30 day timeline starts for FDA decision. Why would they want to give such valuable information to those pesky shareholders. Just give us money and go away.

The IND will not be filed until All those shares are sold by the company. That’s how the execs do best. IND filed only after those shares have sold.

They can blame the delays on others(consultants, facet) while they keep cha chinging. Meanwhile the dilution gets to terminal levels and the chance for a big gain for us shrinks.

The only big achievements that shareholders care about are ones that move the stock. We have had none of those here.
