Neurologist is a medical doctor who specializes in treating diseases of the nervous system.

Neuropathologist is a pathologist who specializes in the diagnosis of diseases of the brain and nervous system by microscopic examination of the tissue and other means.

Note his specialty has nothing to do with respiratory infections or disease. One would think this scam would have found a Pulmonologist at a minimum to assist in the scam.
