Since HHSE never answers lawsuits, and allows them to go to a default judgment, they have never won a case-- ever.

HHSE has lost everything that has ever gone to court, and has lost a lot of others through basic negelct, resulting in default judgments.

And yes, boys and girls, a default judgment is every bit as valid as a judgment resulting from a court or jury trial. And HHSE owes the money every bit as much as if they had lost in a trial.
