I left a message with the receptionist also and was surprised to get the call back... He addressed all the issues I was concerned about mainly dilution and he reiterated the news about the spinoff and going to the bb. I have to take him at his word... i am pissed at the drop today that's why i called matter of fact i told him about this board and told him how to get on if he's interested...he took the info hopefully he will read our discontent. Don't shoot the messenger I usually don't like to post this kind of info but felt it might be helpful... good luck
