Is it possible to see before the Holiday? Yes but incredibly unlikely.
You're also assuming a "favorable" decision will lead to a spike in PPS for F&F..it won't. You're also suggesting a "favorable" ruling will result in a favorable decision on whether to hear the GSE appeal. It won't.
