Morning folks, PMCB placating us telling us tests are done, and then giving us a long list of things still needed to be completed before IND.

They have given themselves plenty of time to sell the rest of those shares at a discount .

I do not think they are scamming us, I do think that this slow burn to the IND does not effect them as much as shareholders because they get paid as we get diluted.
