Ahh, The plot thickens, we all know that the DOJ case against Arrayit for testing for to many allergies is complete BS. There is no way anyone could possibly test for to many things a person might be allergic to. Now we have a situation where the gov claims that Shena was personally responsible for improper billing and kickbacks and yet in his response he claims that he "is not involved in payor negotiations or any billing aspect". I like the part in his response where he claims that there covid-19 test is nearly 100% accurate in both specificity and sensitivity. That's the first time I have heard them claim that. Puts a whole new light on things. Would not surprise me one bit if it's found out later that some competitor started an office dealing with Arrayit allergy and covid-19 tests so that they could engage in improper billing just so that all this could happen. Drive the stock price down so you can pick up cheapies. Let's face it millions of share have been trading every day, someone is buying those shares. If it's such a POS why are they buying?
