I think the info was misinterpreted and used as a means to pump this to the gills. The financials speak for themselves and if a substantial amount was funded for a vaccine or other products it would appear as an asset on the balance sheet which is it not, they have no patent or intangible assets listed.

And frankly don't show that much in R&D expense for any meaningful product development
