Yea. Because after that post i got a response from the CEO advising they were renting interim office space. That makes me think that the acquisition is still potential, and not completed as speculated. That in addition the the two loi’s reported as expires in a recent press release made me rethink if it was going to happen in the immediate future.

Still a potential acquisition, but i dont see a short term way for then to raise tens of millions.

For now we can focus on the deals that are about to close.
