realest, I paid for that document, and I believe the 2 Billion shares A/S it referred to was from the last file date 2005. The ammendment that was filed on 12/13/2006, doesn't pull up. I just went back to my records and it shows 5 Filings last on 12/13/2006 for Ammendment, 1 Page, but does not show what the ammendment for. This is what I gather from Deleware SOS: and has not been updated for 2006, they are required to update on March 1, 2007 according to website:

LAST ANNUAL REPORT FILED
Every corporation is required by law to file an annual report which is due March 1 annually. This field reflects the most current tax year that has a report on file.

This is what is most current, but I don't believe the 2 Billion shares are what is current, the only way to know that is to get a copy of the last ammendment, which can not be obtained through their website. I've called, and I urge anyone to call to verify this as well. Do not take my word, do your own DD. But I stand by my DD and say, that 2Billion is not the current A/S....
