I hope Joe Retail CLSN investor realizes that the “offer” is discounted at $3.75 for the institutional investors they have secured. IT’s not what the company believes its stock pps or valuation should be right now. So Joe Retail don’t panic and sell your shares!!!

It’s actually the opposite, they believe the pps a share is worth a MINIMUM $3.75 for their investors. I’d love to own that over 3 million block they are selling/have sold.

And to do it potentially within days of making possibly the biggest announcement in the company’s history is very ballsy to say the least.
