MXSG is now legally in full Production

Where was that "legal" distinction made by Mexus? What was the significant event that triggered the ability for Mexus to now be considered a legally producing mine as opposed to previous years?

The company has claimed to be in poduction for years. However, other posters around here insists the company can't claim gold sales becasue they aren't legally in production.

Can't have it both ways.
