It could be there are ongoing negotiations on the other side of the pond, so he isn't cleared to talk about it yet. I don't think he just got amnesia concerning previous PRs. I'm thinking the accelerated growth strategy he's talking about is indicative of the UK expansion. It will have to be financed somehow. I see this as a positive development. It has to happen with any company going to the next level, increasing their market cap.
