Yes I know GLUC products are caffeine free and that is one reason I want to try the switch. The other is I'm 66 and I think that preventive body maintenance couldn't hurt. I like ice cream too so maybe the GLUC product can mitigate that source of sugar. I keep the ice cream intake to twice a month on a weekend and one pint each event! :)

GLUC may find a market in non diabetic people that want to avoid high fructose corn syrup beverages and coffee. I (we) would love to see GLUC products at fast food, 7eleven and Subway sandwich locations.
