NEW WEEK FOR GRST:

Hey guys, Looking for a great week for GRST with at least some announcements.

1.) 10-K was estimated out 7-10 days from 6/12/20. Hoping to see that today or at least sometime this week.

2.) Official funding and closing of Evernia Station (60 bed treatment facility)

3.) Possible announcement of merger/acquisition with Royal Life Treatment Centers (GRST changed its corporate address to their corporate headquarters address 1560 S Congress Ave on 6/15/20, but no announcement has been made)

4.) Doubtful, but first tranche of funding for Bio-Hazard Health Services Disinfectant company $350,000 for 25% of the company plus rights to sell in Canada and to other treatment facilities in the US is due on 6/30/20.


As a reminder, the company still owns the real estate for a large treatment provider in Ontario which they rent out currently. They also have their Florida facility subleased.
