These deals are already closed...how many deals where real estate is involved do they let you move your company/corporate address into the building being negotiated BEFORE the deal is closed? They already filed with the CO SOS, the acquisition target has already changed their website to reflect GRST's new corp address, that means the deal is done, and the acquisition has been completed, no attorney on the planet would allow it otherwise...anyone waiting on "official" PR's or any other further confirmation will regret it...anyone not in yet or anyone that wants to round up their position better do it at the open tomorrow.
