That puts a hold on the statutes of limitations for pre-conservatorship shareholders. I strongly urge pre-conservatorship shareholders to retain their shares and rights to sue if the terms of release hurt the corporations (exercise of warrants) or hurt themselves (conversion of either/or SPS,jps).
