I want to believe! Serious concern here though, among other things I'm looking at the 27 floors detail.
1400 square meters on 27 floors right?
That is approx. 15,000 square feet = 555 square feet per floor.
That would be approx. 24 feet x 24 feet per floor.
You ever seen a skyscraper only 24 feet by 24 feet? It would look more like a radio antenna tower instead of an office building.
