LOL..IBCX diluting to the gazooooo...over 800 million shares traded the last 3 weeks..ALL the way down...TA is GAGGED..."HUGE" PR promotion followed by heavy "selling" down , down the last 3 weeks on heavy volume..The company has a huge BAD history..and history repeats itself over and over again on this stock IBCX
