Good Evening PCT Ltd Long…

I will get some of the Q&A out of the way as that is what most want to know. Please understand that although there was much discussion between myself and the principals of PCT Ltd, not all can be stated here due to the existing NDA.

Podcast: First of several podcasts will be Monday at 09:00 EST. There are also several scheduled for July as material information becomes available.

Financials: The annual 10-K will be released next week and the 1st 10-Q will be released several days after that. PCT Ltd will strive to make filings on or before the required due dates going forward.

Europe: PCT Ltd and PCT Europe Ltd is a joint venture partnership. Current contracts are on a cost + percentage basis while future contracts will be on a cost basis only. PCTL will maintain a percentage of the revenue stream both on the current contracts and future contracts. All manufacturing of the units will be done in the USA for the foreseeable future.

Fort Wayne, Indiana: Werks Manufacturing should be fully operational by the End of August. Werks is currently producing the Hospital Carts and Annihilyzer units and will be producing large volume production units in the future. Currently the Fort Wayne facility is generating 5,000 gal/day and will be ramping up to 10,000 gal/day by the end of August.

Revenue/Sales: No specific number in regards to sales and revenues were discussed for dissemination. As Gary put it, GM doesn’t release what it costs to produce a car, only what it cost to purchase it. What was stated is that sales and leasing of units was still the #1 generator of revenue but that he sees fluid sales surpassing this by the end of the year.

Nixall/Seriously Clean Ltd: Although Gary has known Cap Briant for many years and jointly founded the company in 2008, he has since divested all interest in the company. Nixall/Seriously Clean Ltd is a sub-registrant of PCT Ltd similar to other sub-registrants. As such they can generate and re-brand the fluid on site. PCT Ltd generates revenue from the machine leasing and fluid sales of sub-registrants.

Distributors: There was a suggestion from a board member that PCT Ltd should maintain a listing of distributors on the corporate website. Gary felt this was an excellent suggestion and will be looking into implementing it in the near future.
