I was responding to your statement that Mr. Kim was the EX-CEO of NGCG. I corrected you. He is not the ex-CEO. That won't happen until after the merger takes place.

Your statement has nothing to do with anything. Mr. Kim will stay the CEO of the company until the merger takes place. Only then will he step down. Your original claim that Mr. Kim is the EX-CEO is incorrect. Period. What do you not understand about this?
