$GPAQ Best thing about the merger vote is that they already have the majority vote to pass it BDEZ... They have 52.1 % vote to approve it already !!!! This is huge!!!! The meeting on 6-30 is just a formality...The board and founders/sponsor have pledged all their votes to approve the merger! Merger will be finalized 7-15...
