I am sure you are aware of the fact that, according to the rules of logic, it is impossible to prove that something does NOT exist.
It is logically un-provable because it is based on a "negative premise".
For example, one might be able to prove that Extra-Terrestrial Beings DO exist. Or maybe NOT be able to prove so.
Both are based on a "positive premise". Even if their existence is never proven they may still exist somewhere. So you can't prove they don't exist, although many claim to do so.
So how would one go about proving that "...no such application" was filed.
The fact that posters keep coming on this forum making continuous illogical and unproven claims is a source of continuous entertainment for me.
There is nothing common about "common sense".
