If you are referring to the authorized shareholder vote number, it was read at the shareholder meeting and according to the CEO they did have enough common shareholder votes to pass the measure. I don't remember the exact count and it was not published to my knowledge. I believe they had around 150 million no votes to 200-250 million yes votes. If someone has the exact amount please correct me.
