So, let's get this straight..

1) Mohave Hospitality initial CA registration had an unknown owner affiliation to ERBB , then months later that ownership appears transferred to Jillian "Skye" Jacobs..ERBB founder daughter, significant ERBB shareholder, and ERBB IR..hmm, who'd ever thunk that would happen?..:)

2) Nipton Inc VP is Sky's live in companion Sean Prophet, VP Nipton Inc and Nipton Project Manager..CANX CEO is Scott S.

3) Mohave generates profits from lodging, cafe and general store including alcohol and lottery, essentially the only Nipton revenue sources.

4) So, Sky's Mohave first gets paid nabbing Nipton revenues, then insiders scheme a $12,500 paycheck to Sean's Nipton Inc...but nothing for ERBB??

Sweet deal.. Nipton Inc still, at minimum, doubles their initial $2m Nipton note at 50% discount..Nipton Inc gets a recurring $12,500 monthly for 15 years plus cost of living increases..lolol..and additionally, ERBB/CANX doesnt have to come up with approx $150k monthly Nipton note payment to Roxy..Wowza!,,

Here's the kicker..Ok, granted a portion of the $12.5k monthly likely paid to Roxy for lease fees..How much,don't know..Curious if AG put in a clause should Mohave not have proceeds for monthly Nipton Inc payment, ERBB (shareholders) will subsidize?

Regardless, beautiful move by ERBB insiders..Funnelling the best of Nipton revenues...to themselves with minimum liability..Another case of insider private shell entities putting the screws to ERBB common shareholders..Brilliant insider move, AG at its best!!!
