I just saw Stemsation asking for more funding in a second private offering @ Netcapital.com for .05 cents a share, lot cheaper than the stock price on the pinks @.1089. This site is for new startup companies. Giving up more shares off the books and they are trading on the pinks already?

How can this be? Was looking to buy, but this puzzles me.
