For all to see the share price is being manipulated. And for a public record. The real culprit here is the Attorney. He has been in so many of these custodianships that have gone south for so long, Hard to plead ignorance. He is supposed to be a GATE KEEPER.

Also the pump & dump groups with 1,000 followers buy in then pump to the gullible (some of which make a little money & most loose.)

IMO everyone should file a complaint with the BAR against the "go to attorney" for these "deals".. Which turn out to be nothing but pump & dumps.

Also, the custodian hasn't fulfilled his duties. Has done nothing. Is way past time for him to call for a shareholders meeting. If you want to call share holders those (public) other than those who were insiders. If complaints were filed, he would be out too.

As for the future, I see little to no action taken by custodian until there are no more shares left to dump.. At that time the next logical thing to do would be to R/S and get the authorized down to 300,000 or so.
