The only way Greg has been “adding” is by the company continuing to award him massive amounts of stock for doing jack shit. He has purposely avoided affiliate status so he doesn’t have to report his transactions nor be limited by Rule 144 selling restrictions. VYST is his personal ATM machine.

Both the 10-K and 10Q are going to be disasters...so better to let them go delinquent and allow the momo to continue a little longer with the promo activity....
