Apparently, you do not understand the term dilution. It has to do with the number of shares outstanding, not the number of shares traded in a day. The dilution occurred on the day the note was converted to stock, not yesterday, when 10,468,050 shares were traded.

So, no matter how many shares PowerUp, or anyone else for that matter, sells, there is no additional dilution.
