Xylan, respectfully, with that DLCR thought & 8-Ks...

I believe in the CEO of DLCR, Warren Sheppard. All he has to do is get it right once and the past will be just that... the past. It simply won't matter. There have been many penny stocks that had finally gotten things right once for their turnaround of growth. Some of the approvals indicated within their 8-Ks filed with the SEC not long ago strongly leads me to believe that things are going to be different this time around.
