Not yet, but once it becomes a C corp it will be. Institutional
investors love to be able to lock in additional income from dividend
paying stocks. What has likely played a role in keeping the share
price much higher than I anticipated has been institutions moving
into this. Once options trading is allowed even more will jump on board!

In addition to that will be new coverage by various brokerages. I still
wonder when management will begin to do conference calls with their
earnings release.

Then there is the prospect of a stock split which would help to
eliminate some of the goofy price spreads. All of these things
may act as catalysts to increase interest in the stock.
