Not really! If July as you say will be revolutionary in the news announcements, then the stock should rise then. At that point they'd get a much better px for their shares. And July is right around the corner.

But if the news is absent or disappointing, then YES; better to dilute the brains out of itNOW while the gettin is good and they can stretch out their technical bankruptcy.
So Dilute Now and avoid the issues later.
