If Xu's name gets added as director to $NGCG, things might get a little crazy here. Currently the only listing on OTC is the ex-CEO Tom Kim. Xu's attorney has been handling the transaction so far though so...

It occurs to me that Xu has also been very good at NOT doing any reverse splits on his shells, AND he knows that once his name attached to a shell, the value immediately skyrockets.

So maybe we can guess who might be throwing those 50M share bids up... maybe.

It makes sense.

NGCG is about to get very exciting here!
