Do you have any idea what it takes and the expense to do a filing on a company doing this kind of acquisitions? Where lucky there even doing one at this low level stock. Be thankful they are, late or not just happy to see they are actively doing it. Just proves to me they are a legit company trying grow & make a legit market for their stock. They do no have to file anything unless they intend to move out of the OTC market.
