okay maybe I'm stupid

I use Etrade,
and etrade shows no MM buyers for this stock.
it has shown only sellers, 12 MM to be percise.

it shows only inside sales but not 1 outside sale.
so maybe everyone outside it buying and not selling. cool?
and everyone inside is selling and not buying.

I'm curious, no MM's are showing on the buy side what gives?

I'm not trying to bash this stock. I'm trying to understand the reason for buying it ? the ibox doesn't explain the lack of MM's
