Oh, normally I would agree with you as far as the kids, but given the amount of libelous postings that people tell me Berman‘s longtime friend has been posting about me I think it’s time to take the gloves off. As a matter of fact, we just spent quite a bit of time with a very aggressive attorney another OTC‘s company, and its ex and current director's that we are most likely going to sue. I spent an additional two hours going over the libelous posts, the shareholder letter and the SEC filing it looks like Berman is right Because there are going to be a lot of Knock Knock. Well I have 10 months but the consensus is best to see the SEC played out to its conclusion.
As far as Berman‘s kids, I doubt they are off-limits because according to filings family members contributed to the $500k loan to DECN. Matthew Mushu and Leslie Musho are not off limits as someone writing libelous statements has claimed to be him and he is in DECN's filings. Cardiologist Matt and Md Zach are not off limits yet. DECN, which is BERMAN as he is the sole Officer, is not off limits either since they published the shareholder letter. Barbara Asbell and every single shareholder that signed that letter are fair game as well. Asbell address is known and all the other addresses I was told can be subpoenaed from the transfer agent. Might be fun to see how these idiot shareholders like lawyering up in Federal court. Might be real fun to see DECN discovery.
As for Bozo Berman’s kids, I wonder if they read the financials of DECN or all the BS press releases. I wonder if they know the education Bozo BERMAN paid for the was off the backs of shareholders in all the failed companies he has been CEO or management of.
Berman’s pal has complained many times that shareholders have harrassed Berman at his house on Elmsdale Place and his and office in Westlake, I highly doubt it. Maybe Berman’s family do not really know what a scumbag penny stock pumper he is and how they have benefitted from his penny stock BS
Lets all root for DECN and Berman to make alot of money, because I doubt a million dollar house will cover the tab.
