So much has happened in the last 6 months. We are finding fragments of information online, but the real story will begin to become clearer over the second half of the year as reports are filed and the company has opportunity to update their website.

You are correct that there are some providers selling under their own label, that has been described by PCTL as a level 3 distributor. We can find those by searching the EPA registry and following the 92108-1 number. But beyond that there are many selling the Hydrolyte label. I am not sure if all of them are even considered official distributors, I would not be surprised if some are buying at wholesale prices from PCTL and re-selling it for a profit. Not entirely sure on that though, but I am finding a lot of places selling the Hydrolyte label.
