Well, he certainly has pretty rosy forecasts. I don't know whether he's right or not, but he keeps using 10 times sales in his forecast. The average valuation is 1.7 times sales. Certainly there are stocks selling for that , but no analyst would ever use 10 times. He, like I, have seen fantastic stories succeed over the last 40 years and everyone is different. I think he's a great story teller and I had several like that work for me over the years. They were all fantastic brokers and did well. But even if he's 1/3 right, it's still a great story. I used to require the brokers to maintain a separate due diligence file to reference any future problems with compliance.
