your points are valid..but IMHO we will not have greater value in the new company..(the restaurant so far were the cash flow generaters ) not the Hotels..remember the Arkansas..they could not pay the bill on current cash flow..the Golf Course is not signed yet..and is apparantly not running on a day to day business at least not the restaurant.......the Memphis Hotel is partly owned (as is the Arkansas Hotel) btw. so where do you see the added value?? IF they will (IF) do some development on the Golf Course, where would this money come from?? SHAREHOLDER
