Sorry, but there IS dilution taking place. Many CYIO supporters have admitted to it saying they need the money for their business plan. As far as my intentions, I have stated I already have shares. I would buy more IF the PPS reflected some real value. i.e. A better RISK/Reward ratio. It may all work out. I've seen worse than CYIO get much a higher PPS with less. TWT. I'm just watching for now.
