IMO its likely he will drone on and on again with his usual demagoguery about 'way too much hard work' has been done by the debtor and its counselors, 'its just not in the best interests of the employees (total leftwing bullshit he and other judges use ad nauseam)',,,can't we all just get along and find a 'fair way' forward in the best interests of the estate? Then, we will see what this US trustee is made of, and see if he has the balls to defy Jones and appeal to the circuit court, along with a Motion for change of venue. This can only be good for longs IMO.
