The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) said on Wednesday that businesses can’t require their employees to take the coronavirus antibody test because to do so would violate the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The new guidance comes after the federal agency had given employers the green light to test employees to see if they had the virus. So what good is testing if nobody has to comply? Who’s gonna be the lucky one and get fired for not taking the test and sue the employers pants off?
