The way I see it, TMDI management possibly gave away their intellectual property to a massive Giant competitor for 30 silver pieces, to keep the lights on. Why would MDT buy if they already have what they wanted?
As mother's have always told their daughters, they won't buy the cow if they get the milk for free?
How is this thinking clearly erroneous?
