Large Green, more proof of what I and others have been saying all along. The debtor is NOT 'working hard for shareholders.' They are trying to set up a slimy backroom deal for an inside crony at shareholder expense. SAME OLD CHAPTER 11 scam pattern, it never changes and never will.

I guess Niko and the Shek has best do a FILING FOCUSED ONLY on this, and see what Jones does with it.
