MDT purchases continued.....

read this and ask yourself this.Would MDT's purchase of Digital Surgery and their "Touch Surgery" be of any use to TMDI's dry-lab facility in the use of training surgeons...Hmm...but,but,MDT did not close the deal to buy Digital until Feb of 2020.

Man I guess it was a blessing in disguise that MDT bought them out just when we were in the process of having Cambridge make final improvements on SPORT. TMDI already had the training manuals complete for SPORT,but this will come in handy in Chapel Hill.

paragraph.....remember insert "SPORT" for "HUGO".

This includes integrating and bundling the company’s AI and surgical video education platforms with the medtech giant’s various hardware endeavors—plus co-developed digital solutions for its upcoming, modular soft-tissue surgery robot named Hugo.

Link to above..good read but small print. It is what MDT bought Feb 2020

BUYOUTS Take time such as MDT closing the deal in Feb 2020. Wonder when they signed the contract to purchase Digital Surgery?Maybe after they showed the world on Sept 26 2019 "Hugo" and we were "almost ready to file IDE-FDA by months later but no ISO letter, needed to make those final improvements.....hmmmmm....Thanks Roll
