Sellers are clinching their teeth with disgust Everytime they sell a 5 or a 6. They are either best case scenario sellers from way back when it was 3&4 or they are selling 5-7s they got and are bailing with a little loss or even. I would say it's holders of 5-7. Why? Because nobody at all wants to touch the 5s and they will only sell a little even @6.
This is burning a base and huge support @7 making the risk at these levels less and less. Which in turn makes people more comfortable to hold a little longer then they may have before. Which in return tightens the float for a longer period and people hold for higher gains and it runs and everyone wins.

Moral to the rant is hold them tight the time will come. Even if people only hold till .0015 it will be a 100%
I'm thinking a little more then that before starting to lighten the load
