Authorizing the Employment and Retention of Lazard Freres & Co., LLC (“Lazard”) as Investment
Banker to the Debtors and Debtors in Possession (Doc. No. 238) and the Limited Objection of the
United States Trustee. The Court, finding that the objection should be granted, and the application
should be denied, it is hereby
ORDERED that Debtors’ Application for Entry of an Order Authorizing the Employment
and Retention of Lazard Freres & Co., LLC (“Lazard”) as Investment Banker to the Debtors and
Debtors in Possession (Doc. No. 238) is DENIED.
