Berman has perjured himself!

IMO, there is no doubt about it! Perjury is a criminal offense, which may suggest calling on the FBI!

CEO Keith Berman is quite the character! The manic ego is out-of-control! IMO, there have been clearly demonstrated instances where Berman appears to be dumber than a box of rocks! The Affidavit is a good case in point! Leave it to the lawyers! It would have probably been better to make the Affidavit brief or not at all, but the "god-complex" took over! And now it appears "perjury" is definitely on the table!
